According to recent reports from various sources within the entertainment industry, Adult Swim (the network responsible for bringing us this offbeat gem) has yet again pushed back its release date once again. This move follows suit with previous seasons which typically saw significant gaps between premiere dates - remember how long we had to wait after Season 1 concluded before finally getting our hands on some much-needed Rick and Morty action?

While fans continue speculating about possible reasons behind this delay, one thing remains certain: if history repeats itself as it usually does when dealing with TV show schedules, don't hold your breath for anything sooner than late summer/early fall of next year at the absolute latest.
